Q:

Is anything faster than the speed of light?

A:

Not as far as we know. The speed of light is the speed limit of the universe. It's the fastest anything can travel. As a matter of fact, it's such a limit, that when anything even gets close to matching that speed, time itself slows down so that nothing canLet's have a look at Einstein's most famous equation: E=mc^2. It tells us that when an object speeds up, its mass increases: when it reaches the speed of light, its mass is infinite, and so is the energy needed to move it. This means nothing with mass can move faster than light.
