Do the four forces affect the buoyancy of balloons?
A:Submit a Question
Buoyancy primarily deals with the forces of lift and weight. Hot air balloons and blimps are able to fly because once filled with hot air or a light gas like helium, balloons weigh less than the air they displace, and therefore the balloons rise.
