Q:

How big is the international space station?

A:

The international space station is roughly the size of a football field. The exact dimensions are 109 meters (356 feet) by 73 meters (240 feet), and weighs about 408,000 kg (450 tons), which is the weight of 450 average sized cars. The solar panels alone cover almost an acre of space, or roughly the surface area of eight basketball courts. Finally, the interior is 916 cubic meters (32,333 cubic feet).
