Q:
Is the atmospheric pressure measured in hectopascal, knots, isobar or millimeters?
A:
The international system of units defines pressure as being measured in Pascals. On Earth, standard atmospheric pressure is about 101 kPa (101,000 Pascal).
A bar is not standard, but uses Pascals to define itself: one bar is 100,000 Pascals. (One bar is about the atmospheric pressure at sea level).
