Stealth vehicles (this includes planes) are nearly invisible on radar, but they are still visible to the naked eye. They are designed to be very hard to track using radar or thermal signatures. The stealthy SR-71 Blackbird had a radar signature smaller than an adult man, which was perfect for flying undetected missions to conduct photo reconaissance.
