Q:
How do pilots find their destination accurately?
A:
Pilots have many intruments in the plane to help them know their heading and directions; they have altimeters, attitude indicators, compases, vertical speed indicators, heading indicators...
They can program their flight route directly into the plane and can follow it using GPS all the way to their final destination - in fact, they often don't even need to look out the windows, which is very good when they are flying over clouds.
