Q:
How does a propeller produce thrust?
A:
Great question! A propeller makes thrust the same way a wing makes lift. A propeller's shape causes the air on one side of the propeller to have low pressure and air on the other side to have high pressure. When the air on one side pushes hard enough, the propeller is able to generate thrust.
