Q:

Is it possible to propel somthing inside of the space station? If so how would you do it?

A:

It is possible to propel something inside a space station. In fact, astronauts constantly propel themselves around the station to move. To propel and object all you have to do is set it in motion. So the simplest way would be to throw it. It is possible to use compressed gas also like CO2. The only problem is that you have to be very careful because there are very delicate and sensitive instruments inside of a space station. So generally astronauts prefer not to fire CO2 canisters inside the station.
