Q:
What is a blimp?
A:
By definition, a blimp is an airship without an internal structural framework. The gasses inside fill out the envelope and provide the shape and structural strength of the airship. Lighter than air gasses such as helium and hydrogen provide lift. For more on how blimps work check out https://howthingsfly.si.edu/gravity-air/buoyancy.
