Q:
What is the difference between a missile and a rocket?
A:
A rocket does not usually have a guiding ability, and a lot of the time is not meant to attack a target, such as the Saturn V rocket, but a missle usually has some sort of guidance system so it can steer toward, and destroy, its target.
