Q:
What is thrust and how does it work?
A:
Thrust is the force of flight that pushes things forward. Propellers and engines can both produce thrust. Propellers are twisted wings that spin and create differences in air pressure. Those pressure differences push the plane forward. Jet engines use a difference in pressure caused by exploding fuel to create thrust.
