Going out into space without a suit would be a deadly decision.  The first thing that would happen to you is that you would start to expand, due to the lack of pressure on your skin. You would not explode, however, because your skin is elastic. You would stretch, and bloat.

You would also start radiating your heat out into space, which will begin to bring your body down to freezing temperatures.The saliva on your tongue would start to boil and you would also get a nasty sunburn.

My advice? Remember to pack your space suit!
