Q:
What is a slow rocket?
A:
A slow rocket is a rocket that travels away from a planet or star, or anything in space at a low speed. This means its engines are never providing much more thrust than it takes to overcome gravity. That makes a slow rocket very inefficient (they waste a lot of fuel). Because they're so inefficient, you'll probably never see one in real life. They're basically just a theoretical design.
